WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract to replace 498 linear feet of 2-inch,
4,000 linear feet of 4-inch,2,788 linear feet of 6-inch, and 4,438 linear feet of 12-inch water
lines and related appurtenances in the Water Line Replacement-Lindbergh Drive and
Tyrrell Park Project; and,
WHEREAS, Brystar Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$519,022.20; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $519,022.20 submitted by Brystar Contracting, Inc.,
Beaumont, Texas, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of April,
