BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract with the
Charlton-Pollard Neighborhood Association Community Housing Development Organization
("CPNA") in the amount of$15,0000 to purchase property for the construction of three new
homes in the Charlton-Pollard neighborhood that will be sold to eligible low/moderate
income families.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of April,
2005.
