BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to deed the following properties
to the Charlton-Pollard Neighborhood Association Community Housing Development
Organization ("CPNA")for the development of affordable housing for low/moderate income
families:
Glenwood Addition Lot 2, Block 203, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas
4370 Detroit
Glenwood Addition Lot 3, Block 203, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas
4350 Detroit
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of April,
