WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one trash hauling trailer for use
by the Public Works Department, Clean Community Division; and,
WHEREAS, UTEC, Lake Charles, Louisiana, submitted a bid in the amount of
$45,800; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by UTEC, Lake
Charles, Louisiana, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$45,800 submitted by UTEC, Lake Charles, Louisiana, for
the purchase of one (1)forty-five (45)cubic yard trailer with a fifth wheel attachment for use
by the Public Works Department, Clean Community Division be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of April,
