WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1) year contract for the purchase of
corrugated polyethylene pipe for use by the Public Works Department, Streets and
Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply, submitted a bid in the unit costs as shown below:

18" Smooth Interior Corrugated Pie $6.8
24" Smooth Interior Corrugated Pie $10.5
36" Smooth Interior Corrugated Pie $20.5
48" Smooth Interior Corrugated Pie $34.0
60" Smooth Interior Corrugated Pie 53.5
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coburn Supply,
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the unit amounts shown above submitted by Coburn Supply for a one (1)
year contract for the purchase of corrugated polyethylene pipe for use by the Public Works
Department, Streets and Drainage Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of April,
2005.
