WHEREAS, on March 22, 2005, City Council enacted Resolution No. 05-062
approving the disposal of surplus property; and,
WHEREAS, certain property descriptions were incorrect as to the Plat descriptions
and Resolution No. 05-062 should be amended to reflect the correct property descriptions
as shown:
PURCHASER: Larry J. Gouthia

Acreage: 0.104 acres

Acreage: 0.104 acres
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No.05-062 is hereby amended reflecting the correct property descriptions
as shown above and the City of Beaumont has no objection to the disposal of these
properties.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of April,
