WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution No. 05-021 on January 25, 2005
authorizing the execution of a Pipeline License Agreement to Mission Resources
Corporation to install an 8-5/8 inch pipeline across Helbig Road and Piney Point Lane;and,
WHEREAS, Mission Resources Corporation has altered the route of the pipeline at
the intersection of Piney Point and Sherwood Road to include Sherwood Road in the
crossing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No. 05-021 be and the same is hereby amended to allow Mission
Resources Corporation to install an 8-5/8 inch pipeline across Helbig Road, Piney Point
Lane and Sherwood Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
March, 2005.
