BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract with SunGard HTE, Inc. (HTE) for the
purchase, installation and related training of a Customer Service Utility Billing System,
including a module for online payments, in the amount of $152,705. The annual
maintenance cost will be $10,510.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
March, 2005.
