BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) seventy-five (75) foot
aerial ladder truck through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) cooperative
purchasing program in the amount of$621,623 for the Fire Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
March, 2005.
