WHEREAS, bids were received forthe purchase of one(1)articulated aerial device;
and,
WHEREAS, Versalift Southwest, Waco, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$32,884; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Versalift
Southwest, Waco, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$32,884 submitted by Versalift Southwest, Waco, Texas,
for the purchase of one (1)Versalift SS7-37-EIH articulated aerial device be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
March, 2005.
