WHEREAS, the claim of Willie Parker III has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held Tuesday, February 22, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Willie Parker
III in the amount of Six-Thousand Eight-Hundred ($6,800) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1st day of
March, 2005.
