BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase in the amount of$78,307 for one(1)
2006 Freightliner M2-112 diesel powered cab and chassis equipped with a 5th wheel for the
Public Works Department, Clean Community Division, through the Houston-Galveston
Area Council (H-GAC) cooperative purchasing program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
February 22"d, 2005.
