BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase in the amount of$215,499 for one
(1) 2006 Sterling L8500 diesel powered cab and chassis equipped with a jet rodder sewer
vacuum body for the Public Works Department, Water Utilities Division, through the
Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) cooperative purchasing program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
February 22"d, 2005.
