BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a three-year contract in the
amount of$43,500 with Success Results Consulting, Inc., of Germantown, Maryland, to
provide the web-based Affordable Housing Delivery System applications for managing the
City's HOME and Housing Rehabilitation Programs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8t" day of
February, 2005.
