BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the amount of
$3,071,100 with Brystar Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, for the Aerated Lagoon
Improvements Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
February, 2005.
