BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) cab and chassis trucks
equipped with a refuse collection body and a knuckle boom loader for the Public Works
Department, Clean Community Division,through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-
GAC) cooperative purchasing program in the amount of$300,170.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
January, 2005.
