BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the pledge by Hibernia National Bank of the following
security as collateral for City accounts which will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank, Atlanta,
effective January 19, 2005.
