WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of an access roadway at the
Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, L. D. Construction, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$164,880; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by L. D.
Construction, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $164,880 submitted by L. D. Construction, Beaumont,
Texas for the construction of an access roadway at the Landfill be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
January, 2005.
