She said if the sale is no made, she plans to rehabilitate the structure at 542 Washington. Mrs. Mary Lou Rivas, owner of the structure located at 3370 Rivers Road , addressed Council to request additional time for settlement of a lawsuit concerning delinquent taxes with the previous owner. Mrs. Shirlene Roberts, owner of the structure located at 1530 Harrison, addressed Council to request additional time for the rehabtlit�tion of the structure. Question: Ayes: All Nayes: None -o0o- Mr. Herb Oswald, 1234 Avenue B, addressed Council to complain about charges to citizens using the City landfill . Mrs. Anna Sanchez , president of the Fletcher Elementary PTA, and Mrs. Joan Morough, president of the Metropolitan Area PTA, addressed Council to express their concern for the concentration of half-way houses in the Fletcher School area. They told Council that five are presently located within walking distance of the school and another is proposed for operation soon.
