BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract between
Savannah Community Development Corporation and the City of Beaumont in the amount
of$45,000 for costs associated with the administration of the uniform application process
adopted by Resolution No. 04-265 on November 9, 2004.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
January, 2005.
