THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve a historic preservation
loan request for Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500) to Mr. and Mrs. Charles
Pickens from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund to replace the roof of the residential
structure located at 2300 Harrison Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
January, 2005.
