Question : Ayes : All Nayes : None -000- Resolution 78-190 authorizing advertising for bids for signal equipment for 18 intersections (Washington and Sabine Pass , Washington and Avenue C , Highland and Woodrow, Doucette and Railroad, Doucette and Irving, Franklin and Avenue C, Calder and Magnolia, College and Langhan , Dowlen and West- gate, Dowlen and Gladys, Main and Franklin, Main and Milam, Main and Col- lege, Main and Bowie, Main and Forsythe, Main and Crockett , Main and Liberty, and Main and Calder - to be funded by Program 13 funds, Revenue Sharing and CAP) was approved on a motion made by Councilwoman McGinnis and seconded by Councilman Combs.
