CITY COUNCIL - CITY OF BEAUMONT
HELD JANUARY 27 , 1977
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont, Texas ,
met in special session this the 27th day of January, 1977 , with the
following present:
HONORABLE: Ken Ritter Mayor
Don Cash Councilman, Ward I
Calvin Williams Councilman, Ward III
Leroy Evans Councilman, Ward IV
Absent: Vi McGinnis* Councilwoman, Ward II
Howard McDaniel City Manger
Kenneth Wall City Attorney

Mayor Ritter called an Executive Session pursuant to Section 2 of the
Texas Open Meetings Law.

Mayor Ritter declared open session.
City Manager recommended that he be given authority to make a final
offer to the Firefighters Local 399 .
The motion to authorize the City Manager to make the final offer to
the Union was made by Councilman Williams and motion seconded by Coun-
cilwoman McGinnis.
Question Ayes : All Nayes : None

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned .
