BE IT REMEMBERED that the City Council of the City of Beaumont, Texas, met in
special sessioji this the 12th day of December, 1974 , with the following present:.
HONORABLE: Vi McGinnis Councilwoman, Ward II
Calvin Williams Councilman, Ward III, Mayor Pro-Tem
Leroy Evans Councilman, Ward IV
Absent: Ken Ritter o Mayor
Don Cash Councilman, Ward I
Appointed Officials: Kenneth Devero City Manager

Resolution No. 74448 authorizing the advertising for bids for improvements
to Beaumont Municipal Airport was approved on a motion made by Councilwoman
McGinnis and seconded by Councilman Evans.
Question: Ayes: All Nayes : None

Resolution No. 74-449 authorizing the City Manager to fine an application to
the Federal Aviation Administration for a grant for needed improvements to
the Beaumont Municipal Airport was approved on a motion made by Councilman
Evans and seconded by Councilwoman McGinnis.
