HELD AUGUST 30, 1973
BE IT REMEMBERED that the City Council of the City of Beaumont, Texas, met in special ses-
sion on the 30th day of August, 1973, with the following present:

This meeting was held to open bids in connection with the 1971 Capital Improvement Program,
Sanitary Sewer Improvements, and involving the following projects: Florida Avenue Trunk
(Contract 1) ; Tyrrell Park Trunk (Contract 2) ; and the West End Interceptor (Contract 3) .
