BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of three (3) 2005 Chevrolet
Suburbans for the Fire Department and Health Department, EMS Division and two (2)
Chevrolet Tahoe's equipped with Police Packages for the Police Department through the
Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)cooperative purchasing program in the amount
of$136,851.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21s' day of
December, 2004.
