BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) 2005 New Holland LB75
Tractor Loader Backhoe through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
cooperative purchasing program in the amount of $50,784.51 for the Public Works
Department, Water Distribution Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21St day of
December, 2004.
