BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Motorola, Inc. for the purchase of 800 MHz trunked radio equipment in the amount of
$702,622 for Fire Department operations.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21St day of
December, 2004.
