BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the City of Beaumont issuing a Declaration of
Intent indicating that it is the City's intentto purchase capital equipment and be reimbursed
from proceeds of lease purchase agreements. The filing of this notice extends the time
in which the lease agreement must be executed from sixty (60) days to eighteen (18)
months.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21St day of
December, 2004.
