WHEREAS,the claim of Gary Warren has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held Tuesday, November 16th, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Gary
Warren in the amount of Four-Thousand ($4,000) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
December, 2004.
