WHEREAS, Mobiloil Federal Credit Union has donated a ten (10') foot wide
Sidewalk Easement, being out of an 11.335 acre tract of land in the Hezekiah Williams
Survey, Abstract 56, located along the north line of the Delaware Street Extension,
adjacent to the Mobiloil Federal Credit Union property and 150.3 feet from the west line of
Major Drive, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easement and is
of the opinion that the donation of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Sidewalk Easement as described above and on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
donated by Mobiloil Federal Credit Union is hereby accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
December, 2004.
