WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Beckett wish to donate property located at 1214
Trinidad, Beaumont, Texas, valued at $5,870, to the Beaumont Community Housing
Development Organization (BCHDO) to construct affordable housing for eligible
low/moderate income families;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the donation of the following land valued at $5,870, as described on Exhibit "A" to
the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO) to construct
affordable housing for eligible low/moderate income families be and the same is hereby,
accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
December, 2004.
