BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves payment of an invoice in the amount of
$34,544.35 to Motorola for an annual software support agreement for a Motorola Mobile
Data Communication System (MDC) for a period of one (1) year.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
December, 2004.
