WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) tractor with articulated
boom mower for the Parks and Property Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$57,990; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Oil City Tractors,
Inc., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $57,990 submitted by Oil City Tractors, Inc., Beaumont,
Texas, for the purchase of (1) two-wheel drive tractor with an articulated boom mower for
the Parks and Property Services Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
