BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the
City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization
(BCH DO)in the amount of$101,982 for down payment/closing cost assistance,developer's
fee and costs for new housing construction at 2895 Wilson Street. Funding is available
from the 1999 HOME Program ($28,500) and 2003 ($73,482) HOME Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
