EAST 20' OF LOTS 26 AND 27, BLOCK 15, CALDER PLACE
ADDITION AT 580 AND 590 24T" STREET IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the west 10'x 112.5' of a 20'wide general utility easement being the east 20'of Lots
26 and 27, Block 15, Calder Place Addition at 580 and 590 24th Street, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, containing 0.025 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit"A" attached
hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
November, 2004.
