BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Beaumont Habitat for Humanity for infrastructure improvements in the PineBrook Place
Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
November, 2004.
