WHEREAS, the lawsuit of Gabriel Savior v. The City of Beaumont was discussed
in an Executive Session properly called and held Tuesday, October 26, 2004; and,
WHEREAS,the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the lawsuit of Gabriel
Savior v. The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the lawsuit of Gabriel
Savior v. The City of Beaumont in the amount of$95,000 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
November, 2004. �����
