BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for FY2005
with the Texas Department of Transportation for the City to receive state public
transportation funds in the amount of$396,895.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
October, 2004.
