BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of 3,360
garbage containers at a unit price of$37.64 for a total amount of$126,470.40 from Toter
Inc. of Statesville, North Carolina, through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
October, 2004.
