BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council pursuant to the Texas Property Tax Code, Section 26.09, hereby
approves the Grand Recap of the tax roll for the tax year 2004 (Fiscal Year 2005) with a
taxable value of$4,568,576,349.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
October, 2004.
