BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase and installation of a software upgrade
from HTE, Inc. in the amount of$50,868.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
October, 2004.
