BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City of Beaumont to participate in the State
of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of vehicles at a total cost of
$675,218 as shown on Exhibit "A" substantially in the form attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
October, 2004.
