BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to file a grant application and
execute a contract with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to receive Capitol
Assistance funding for the purchase of twenty(20)transit coaches at an estimated cost of
$6,200,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
September, 2004.
