WHEREAS, William and Patsy Buehrle have requested that their Historic
Preservation Loan which they obtained in October, 2001, for renovations to their home at
2235 Hazel be refinanced; and,
WHEREAS, City Council desires to authorize the refinancing of such Historic
Preservation Loan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City hereby authorizes the refinancing of the current balance of the loan of
William and Patsy Buehrle for Historic Preservation renovations to their home at 2235
Hazel. The current balance of the loan is $12,199.96 and shall be refinanced for a period
of ten (10) years at a monthly payment of $101.67.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
September, 2004.
