BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a three-year labor
contract with the Beaumont Police Officers Association for the period from October 1,
2004, through September 30, 2007.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
September, 2004.
