BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the City of Beaumont
Rehabilitation of the Southwest Elevated Water Storage Tank with Utility Service Co., Inc.,
Houston, Texas, in the amount of $363,677.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 24th day of
August, 2004.
