WHEREAS, on May 4, 2004, City Council awarded a contract in the amount of
$56,800 to G & G Enterprises for the Fletcher Mini Park Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 increased the contract to $61,750; and,
WHEREAS, the project is completed and G & G Enterprises has submitted their
request for final payment of$6,020.62;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Fletcher Mini Park Improvements Project is hereby accepted and the City
Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue final payment of $6,020.62 for
completion of the project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
August, 2004.
