WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of a fire alarm
system upgrade for City Hall; and,
WHEREAS, Advanced Systems of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$51,148; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Advanced
Systems of Beaumont should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$51,148 submitted by Advanced Systems of Beaumont for
the purchase and installation of a fire alarm system upgrade for City Hall be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
August, 2004.
