WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, supplies, materials and
equipment for a drive-through car wash system at the Fleet Service Center; and,
WHEREAS, Car Wash USA, Lake Jackson, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of $51,683.70; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Car Wash USA,
Lake Jackson, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$51,683.70 submitted by Car Wash USA, Lake Jackson,
Texas, for furnishing all labor, supplies, materials and equipment for furnishing and
installing a drive-through car wash system at the Fleet Service Center be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
August, 2004.
